For payment by cheque, orders will only be dispatched once the payment has been paid into our account.

Our prices

The prices given in our Internet site are retail prices.
They are valid until 31 December 2006 and may be subject to change without prior notice in the event of an increase in the cost of our supplies.
They are given in euros inclusive of VAT, but exclude postage costs.

Delivery conditions and time limits

Colissimo monitored parcel post or priority parcel post for overseas.
Average delivery time is 2 working days, namely 48 hours for France.
However, if this time scale is not respected by the postal services, we undertake to refund the cost of parcel post on presentation of proof.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, and in strict accordance with French regulations governing mail order and electronic media, you have 7 days, after the delivery of your order, to return the goods to us, either partially or in full, in order to receive a refund or to benefit from an exchange.
